With the flood season approaching, Tianjin stands ready! On July 5th, a tense yet orderly "real-world blockbuster" unfolded in the waters near Ziya River Ear Gate – the Public Security Administration Brigade of Tianjin Municipal Public Security Bureau coordinated with multiple departments to conduct a joint drill for 2025 flood rescue and water emergency response. Making its debut in live operational testing, the flying lifeboat stole the show, becoming the highlight of the exercise and fortifying a crucial "safety dike" ahead of the upcoming peak flood season.

Multiple rescue forces collaborated intensively, including Public Security, Fire Services, Transportation, Red Cross, Blue Sky Rescue, and Jinlv Haihe Cruise Company. The exercise covered six key disciplines: basic boat handling skills demonstration, capsized boat self-rescue, establishing video transmission links, isolated island rescue, underpass containment & rescue, and target vessel rescue. 

This drill significantly enhanced capabilities for coordinated response, rapid reaction, and emergency disposal concerning floods, waterlogging, and unexpected incidents, providing robust safeguards for comprehensively tackling sudden flood situations and emergencies.
